We offer manufacture of mould parts, pressing tools and forging dies. We utilise various CNC machining centres including a deep drilling machine. We are able to ensure complete manufacture of individual parts, or parts where roughing and finishing is to be done by the customer. We can also ensure heat treatment of the products.
Manufacture of mould parts
- We offer complete manufacture for the purchased materials according to the supplied 3-D data and production drawings.
- We offer manufacture of foundation and bottom boards, mould frames, dies and inserts including heat treatment.
- Maximum dimensions of machined pieces: 1250 × 2500 × 4500 mm, weight up to 35 tonnes.
- We use SolidCAM and PowerMILL for the manufacture.
We ensure material cutting on high-performance band saws, therefore we can ensure fast series supplies.
We manufacture milled or grinded semi - products tailored to the customer’s requirements. We can supply them including handling threads.
