In our manufacturing, we operate in multi-shift mode, not continuous, meaning that shifts are scheduled within the standard working hours during the workweek. Some workplaces have a two-shift system, while others operate on a three-shift basis. Our employees are entitled to above-average bonuses for afternoon and night shifts. And if you're a night owl, after a probationary period, you have the option to work exclusively on the afternoon or night shift.
We value the stability and experience of our employees. Therefore, when opportunities arise, we fill higher positions with our existing employees, enabling them to have a career progression. Even within labor positions, there is room for growth, as we have a three-level operator system corresponding to their experience and knowledge. Employees who have been with us for more than a year also receive a loyalty bonus, which increases with their length of employment.
